How do I pay
for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Are there any
delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to a tax of 6%. Orders for delivery in our local area will be charged $10 to $20 for delivery based on the recipient's delivery location.
What about substitutions?
Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. When they are not available, the closest substitute will be used. Also some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers may not be available during holidays, and in such cases a similar container will be used.

Can
you deliver my order today?
Yes! Monday thru Friday just place you order by 12 noon (EST) for same day delivery. After 12 noon (EST) your order will be delivered the following day. On Saturday’s please place you order by 10 am (EST) for same day delivery. After 10 am (EST) your order will be delivered on Monday.
How
do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call us at 800-553-7761 or 717-637-6621 as soon as possible. Have your Netticket number available for us to facilitate your request quickly. However, we cannot cancel the order if the order has already been delivered.
What
about orders going outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to place orders outside of the US.
Is the arrangement
in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be identical. The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be the same or similar (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
